Professor Tim is a former goatherd, monk, director and designer.

He has returned to his first love of performing, whether on stage and in front of the camera, or behind the scenes. In 2022, he was the alderman in Epsom Playhouse’s DICK WHITTINGTON and he has completed a variety of animations and illustrations for the BBC, Netflix and Channels 4 and 5 (British/American history’s Biggest Fibs for Lucy Worsley and Inside the Tower of London for Lion Productions).

He was a performer, and winner, on the Channel 4 show THE CIRCLE and has an energetic YouTube channel and Instagram following; he has also appeared on Zoe Ball’s Breakfast show.

He is on a permanent sabbatical from his university in Moscow (where he taught pedagogics and theology) since Putin’s manoeuvres into Ukraine and speaks at schools and universities around the UK.
