Resident Entertainers
We can supply resident entertainers that will arrive with our full support and receive ongoing training to ensure they understand not only current health and safety legislation and customer service but they will also receive, if required, detailed and specific training on sound and lighting equipment already installed at your park, presenting and hosting techniques, bingo applications, daytime event planning, programme structure, game shows and children’s entertainment.
We also provide fully produced shows that come with costumes, props, scenery, vocal coaching, choreography and vocal arrangements. These shows can be supplied bespoke to your ideas or simply as an ‘off the shelf’ order. Whichever way you do it we make sure that the show you are provided is unique to you and has not/will not be replicated at other sites. The shows can be tailored to suit team size, individual team skills and stage size ensuring the show(s) you have can achieve their maximum potential.

Annie Jenkins
Annie has been an integral part of the agency for many years. Her knowledge within the industry spans over 20 years and in that time she has held various positions including Entertainment Manager, Bars Manager and General Manager. Her understanding of holiday park departments is second to none and she has acquired an in-depth knowledge of not only coat-style entertainment but also bars and licensing, health and safety legislation, customer service, Covid-19 guidelines and is also a qualified events/wedding planner.
What Annie brings is a complete and integral knowledge of holiday park-style entertainment and how it can be most efficient by working alongside other departments.
Simon Mansfield
Simon’s strength lies primarily in the show production and musical direction. He spent 7 years as an army musician where he won awards for his musical talent including best woodwind player and best musician. In 1996 he began his holiday park career as musical director and very quickly assumed the position of Entertainment Manager.
Since then Simon has worked for a selection of UK holiday Parks and a large hotel chain in Cyprus and in 2009 also won a customer service award in The South West Tourism Awards. Simon has over 20 years of holiday park experience at the management level and over 30 years as a professional musician and cabaret act.
Chris Welch
When it comes to sound, lighting and everything technical there’s no one better equipped than Chris. His knowledge in this field spans 3 decades is second to none and every entertainment team will finish the training with a sound, all-around knowledge of not only how the lighting works but how it’s best used.
Favouring the Titan and Avolites range of lighting control and programming, the entertainer will quickly gain the ability to start programming their own scenes and chases etc.
They will also come away from the training with a good understanding of sound, mixing desk operation and troubleshooting scenarios

These modules can take anything from 1 hour to a whole day. Specific training can be given to each individual dependent upon skill/knowledge levels.
After a training period, the aim is to have the whole team up and around the same level of skill or knowledge on each of the topics above, although we appreciate some individuals may already be highly skilled in some areas already.
The beauty of a training package that is bespoke to any certain team member is that we are not wasting time on going over old ground, we simply fill in the gaps so you end up, hopefully, with a fully functioning team that is known across the board in all
topics.
